Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

The Buyer must inform the Seller by email of the decision to return the goods. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods to Saint Bones in their original condition and original packaging. The full set of delivery must be present.

Used, worn, or damaged products will not be accepted for return and refund. Products with removed seals, where applicable, will not be accepted.

The Buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

After receiving and examining the returned goods for eligibility, the Seller will issue the applicable refund. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bespoke, custom-made, engraved products, or products personalized at the Buyer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
