Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale — provisional source-derived version
1. Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchase contracts for goods between a natural or legal person (the Buyer) and Saint Bones Handels GmbH (the Seller) concluded through this online store.
1.2 The Seller is Saint Bones Handels GmbH, Felberstr. 82, 1150 Vienna, Austria. VAT UID: ATU75992945.
1.3 We retain the right to modify these terms and conditions. A purchase agreement is governed by the version made available when the order is placed.
2. Purchase process and orders
2.1 The Buyer may place an order by selecting goods in the store, placing them in the shopping cart, and completing the ordering process.
2.2 By completing the checkout process, the Buyer concludes a binding contract with Saint Bones.
2.3 Before placing the order, the Buyer can verify the entered data.
2.4 Item availability and delivery options may vary depending on the delivery location.
2.5 Manufacturing processes, materials, and display characteristics may cause the colors and textures shown on a device to differ slightly from the delivered product.
2.6 After an order is placed, an automated email confirms receipt of the order. The purchase agreement is considered finalized once the Seller sends a fulfillment notification indicating that the products have been shipped.
2.7 Click & Collect is available.
2.8 All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse an order where there is reason to believe that these terms have not been followed, an order appears suspicious or fraudulent, products are unavailable, or products are incorrectly priced or described.
3. Availability and delivery
3.1 Availability is determined for each product and can be viewed in the online store. If a product ordered is permanently unavailable or fulfillment is not possible, the Buyer will be notified and the purchase price refunded.
3.2 The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
4. Prices
4.1 Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT. Shipping is available worldwide at a customer cost of €0, with no minimum order and no excluded countries.
4.2 The Seller reserves the right to change prices. The total amount of an order is displayed before the order is confirmed. After the ordering process is completed, the agreed price cannot be changed.
5. Right of withdrawal and return
5.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.
5.2 The Buyer must inform the Seller by email of the decision to return the goods. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
5.3 The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods to Saint Bones in their original condition and original packaging. The full set of delivery must be present.
5.4 Used, worn, or damaged products will not be accepted for return and refund. Products with removed seals, where applicable, will not be accepted.

5.6 The Buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
5.7 After the returned goods have been received and examined for eligibility, the Seller will issue the applicable refund. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.8 Bespoke, custom-made, engraved products, or products personalized at the Buyer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Warranty and liability
6.1 The Seller warrants that the goods will conform to the description given in the store and will be free from eye-visible defects in material or workmanship when subject to normal use.
6.2 The warranty does not cover microscopic defects or traces of finishing arising from the nature of particular materials or production processes that are visible only under significant magnification.
6.3 The warranty period is two years from the date of receipt of the goods.
6.4 The warranty does not cover damage to the products resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse, alterations, attempted repairs and refinishing, post-purchase negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product-care instructions. If a product is believed to be defective under this warranty, contact customer@saintbones.com.
6.5 The warranty for watches produced and offered by Saint Bones does not cover damage resulting from wearing the watch while performing sports or intense physical activity or damage resulting from water.
6.6 Saint Bones will only be liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence and will not be responsible for the suitability of products for a Buyer’s specific needs. The historical source excludes liability for economic loss, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and loss of reputation and contains further limitations that remain subject to final legal review.
6.7 Saint Bones has no affiliation with Rolex SA or other Swiss watch brands. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Data protection and privacy
7.1 Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law and for purposes connected with the purchase contract and operation of the services.
7.2 Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information can be sent to customer@saintbones.com.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Intellectual-property rights, including copyright, in content displayed on the store belong to the Seller or the relevant rights holder.
8.2 Store content may be browsed for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be reproduced, modified, or incorporated into another website or online platform without prior written consent.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
9.1 The historical source states that these terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Austria.
